We loved how friendly the staff were and the facilities were amazing. All the staff could communicate a little in English, some more than others which made it easy for us and made us feel very welcome here. The ocean pool and Cimer were fantastic and we enjoyed them a lot during our stay. We stayed in the ocean view room in the Annex building, which had very comfortable beds, and was very spacious, with a well designed bathroom/shower and toilet layout. We had one day of very heavy rain while we were here, so being able to log into Netflix was an unexpected bonus so we could relax and chill in our room instead. I also thought that room service and mini bar prices were very reasonable with lots of choice. The laundry service was also very good, all my clothes were cleaned and pressed and sent back to me within 24 hours. I would 100% stay here again and for longer if possible next time.

Very spacious room, extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is expensive (normal for Korean resorts in the high-end category, though) but very good. The outdoor spa was divine. I was positively surprised about the gym, which had almost all machines and equipment one would need as a serious gym-goer. Staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and attentive. The view from the balcony was lovely and the location right at the beach is unbeatable. Lastly, the hotel bar was great with a very interesting and delicious selection of cocktails I have never seen anywhere else.

The hotel staff were the best I've ever encountered in my life, and I say this as someone who has traveled extensively and had experience in hotels all over the world. We needed a lot of help figuring out how to get to the next cities on our itinerary, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, including buying tickets for us because we were unable to use the ticket sites as foreigners. Everything was done with incredible patience and kindness. Truly exceptional.
